Project Areas: European: Antioch Corporation & Distribution Center
Antioch Corporation is a Romanian not-for-profit corporation managed under the auspices of the ACWR European Committee and Nazarene Church brethren in Europe. It owns and operates a Distribution Center in Vladimirescu, a village of Arad County in western Romania. The Center serves as headquarters for ACWR in Eastern Europe in assisting brethren in need in Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Ukraine.

Antiohia Association (in Romanian) was formed in 2002 “to provide humanitarian aid (food,![]()
Food packaging clothes, medicines, etc.) mainly to Nazarene brethren and any person in need, and to initiate and sustain projects related to this goal.” Board member representatives are brethren with American, German, Hungarian, Serbian and Romanian backgrounds. A Romanian brother is employed full-time as executive director for Antioch.

Antioch Distribution CenterThe Distribution Center is centrally located in Eastern Europe to accommodate brethren in Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Ukraine. The property consists of a main administration building, a warehouse building used for clothing and grain storage and distribution, a newly renovated guest house, an enclosed 3-stall garage and an open faced 3-stall garage. German, Hungarian and Romanian brethren worked together to make the Center ready for use for the ACWR.

Clothes for the needyFinancing for Antioch and ACWR activities comes from donations that are specifically designated for the work of Antioch, excepting the food parcel program which is funded by World Relief general fund donations. Monetary and in-kind donations of grain, clothing and other items are appreciated and certainly will be blessed by the Lord.
