Participation Guidelines for Work Teams
Any member or person who regularly attends and supports the doctrine of the Apostolic Christian Church is welcome to be a part of a work team. The member or person can be of any age. If an individual is under 18, a sponsoring adult member of the work team will be accountable for the underage participant and oversee or “parent” the participant. For more information. Click here.
Housing
Volunteers will be housed in dormitory style housing at:
Stoney Creek Camp

The camp is approximately 50 miles south of the Athens Apostolic Christian Church. Take I-65 south to exit 310 AL 157 Moulton/Cullman. Turn right on AL 157 north for approximately 10 miles. All meals will be provided either at the camp or on the job site beginning on Sunday evening through Friday evening.
What to Bring
Bring twin sheets, towels, pillow cases, a blanket, (or sleeping bag) and a minimal amount of clothing. We will provide bunk beds with a mattress and pillow. There will be a few blankets available for those flying and having limited luggage space. Bring a coat and plan to dress in layers as it does warm up during the day.
Registration/ Orientation Schedule
Registration at Stoney Creek Camp will be from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Following registration, dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. in the dining hall of the camp. Orientation for all volunteers will begin at 7:00 p.m. All volunteers should be present at this time.
Please read the following two documents
"Work Team Guidelines" and "Waiver and Release of Liability." Each volunteer will be required to sign the "Waiver and Release of Liability" form. This form can be downloaded from the World Relief website. Click here. Forms will also be available at registration.
Airport Transportation
If you will be needing transportation from the airport, please send all travel details and a cell phone number well in advance to Les Schambach at usa@acwr.org.
