Volunteer Position for Distribution Center Committee
Position Title: Product Coordinator
Objective: To coordinate products produced by local churches with the needs in Mexico, Haiti, Jamaica, Europe, and USA.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain list and contact information of each local church sewing coordinator.
2. Communicate with each country coordinator monthly to document product needs in each country.
3. Communicate with each local church sewing coordinator each fall to determine:
a. What products each local church desires to make.
b. What products should be produced.
c. Which Distribution Center completed products will be delivered to.
d. How products should be packaged for shipping.
4. Be a contact person for questions from sewing coordinators.
5. Keep product lists in blue binder updated.
6. Develop digital system to track product needs, products produced, and location of products.
7. Work with Country Coordinators to reduce the variety of health and school kits.
