Lifeline Dominican Republic

In addition to locations throughout Haiti, the Bethel Church also has many congregations located throughout the Dominican Republic. In recent years, Lifeline began reaching out to those churches and establishing new projects in some of those areas.

In 2007, a group of Apostolic Christian Elders and Ministers gathered in the Dominican Republic in an effort to assist the pastors of the Bethel Church with doctrinal questions and spiritual guidance. Bethel Church pastors from both Haiti and the Dominican came together for these meetings, and many topics of interest to the pastors were covered.

Lifeline has also completed or assisted with several construction projects in the Dominican. In La Romana, funds were provided for a new Bethel Church building constructed out of cement block and in La Higuera, a living quarters house was remodeled and a pavilion was constructed next to the Bethel Church in that community. The pavilion in La Higuera is now also used as the location for an English class that is supported by Lifeline.
